Impact is a group of churches that want to see the gospel of Jesus Christ flourish among people of West Orange County, Florida.

Impact started with a VBS kids camp in the Maxey community during the summer of 2010 at Zanders Park on the corner of 11th and Bay St.

Jesus said in John 17, "As the Father has sent Me, so I also send you." There are two main groups of people that Jesus was particularly passionate about, 1) The Lost, 2) The Least of These.

Lost is a reference to John 14:6, where Jesus said "I am the Way." Those who aren't following Jesus, aren't on THE WAY. Since He is the creator of life, the source of life and the sustainer of life, if people are disconnected from Jesus, they don't have true life, abundant life and eternal life.

Contact us if you are interested in learning more about how you can help. A great start would be to show up at Zanders Park every last Friday of the month from 6pm until roughly 9pm. We just hang out, bring arts and crafts, play basketball and other games. It's a lot of fun and a chance to build relationships with kids in the area that are used to seeing drug deals on the corner, people carrying guns, and things that kids shouldn't be exposed to.
